BRIDGEInvestor Club
Our diligence process

Diligence close to the problem.

We assess the opportunity with the people who use, develop and procure the technology.

Understand the challenge.

Look at the problem’s history, what has already been tried, and why the need persists. Assess its priority, the scale of the challenge and the commercial opportunity.

Vet with the users.

Speak with relevant units, innovation officers and commands. Check whether the team’s approach addresses a real need and fits the conditions in which it would be deployed.

Review with R&D.

Engage relevant R&D departments and technical stakeholders. Examine the technology’s maturity, the team’s capabilities and the evidence behind its claims.

Seek pilot evidence.

Where a pilot can be arranged, test the approach and gather end-user feedback. A positive response becomes part of the evidence we assess.

Share what can be shared.

We share releasable findings and positive pilot feedback with relevant investors, together with limitations and open questions. Classified or sensitive information stays out of investor materials.
