Is BRIDGE a fund?
No. BRIDGE is a membership club that curates deal flow and connects founders with investors. BRIDGE does not invest its own money in the companies it introduces.
Who makes the investments?
The investors do. They can invest independently. Occasionally, BRIDGE forms a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to pool resources and help close a company’s funding round. Each investor decides whether to participate.
Does BRIDGE take equity or intellectual property?
No. BRIDGE takes no equity in companies for participating and claims no ownership of their intellectual property. Any equity acquired through an investment belongs to the investors or their SPV.
What does membership include?
Members join the club annually for access to curated deal flow and private events. Membership is separate from any investment an investor chooses to make.
What does BRIDGE assess?
Our internal assessment considers the technology, team, traction, military relevance, commercial path, customer context, financing needs and the questions an investor should still answer. It is not professional financial, legal or investment advice.
How can I join?
Start by joining the investor waitlist. We review the interests you share and may contact you to understand your focus better. Further membership details will be shared when available. Joining the waitlist does not activate membership or commit you to an investment.
